Doula for a Day is a service that’s ideal as a gift at a baby shower, a donation, or even as part of an auction. It can also be a way to see if I’m the right fit to support a birthing person and their growing family. Give your loved one the gift of just a taste of doula support.

This service offers 4 hours of care for a new family.

My goal is to meet basic needs such as emotional support, light housework, light meal prep, light errands, holding the baby while a parent is in the shower or having a nap, and lactation support if desired.

My hope is that this experience gifts you the opportunity of those four extra hours of care in addition to what you may already be getting from your community. The difference is that I can bring more connected community resources, up-to-date education, and experience in the realm of birth and postpartum care. There is always the opportunity to extend care after the Doula for a Day service if a family feels as though it’s the right fit for them!
